Twenty-fifth Avenue Housing provides accommodation, support and guidance to people with homeless issues, including those with alcohol, substance mis-use, and mental health issues,  who are homeless / rough sleeping for whom think transitional shelter is not an option. Our goal is providing accommodation, support and advice to those whose activity has excluded them from accessing services and accommodation.

Aims and objectives

To provide temporary accommodation to those who are homeless, offering guidance, information, support and advice to vulnerable adults on all aspects of housing. Our customers are being encouraged to involve in meaningful participation in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services while statistical records for monitoring and evaluation purpose are being maintained. Our customers are empowered of their rights regarding welfare benefits, education and training and support them to represent themselves appropriately. The organisation offer information on issues affecting the individual and enable them to make informed choices. Individualised are offered packages of structured support appropriately to the individuals needs through a named worker system. Our packages provide them with practical skills needed to achieve more independent living. We make referrals to other specialist services appropriate to each person’s needs, this raise the profile of the organisation and increase public awareness of homelessness.
